I help emerging designers and product founders turn ideas into real products, with guidance shaped by over a decade of building, producing, and selling my own work.
Hey Xenia was created from a very personal place.
Over the years, I have found myself in more and more conversations with new designers and small brand owners —often around production, sampling, suppliers, pricing, brand direction, and the difficult process of turning an idea into something real.
At first, I helped whenever I could. A conversation here, a message there, a little guidance when someone felt stuck.
But the more I spoke with them, the more I realised how much I enjoyed it. Not because it was a business opportunity, but because I understood that feeling deeply.
I was once that founder too.
Why I Started Hey Xenia
I did not create Hey Xenia to sell quick answers.
If my only goal was to make money, I could have turned my experience into a course and sold it at scale. That may have been faster and easier, but it is not what I want this project to be.
What I value most is the real conversation — understanding a founder’s idea, looking at the challenges in front of them, and helping them see a clearer way forward.
There is something meaningful about helping someone avoid a mistake I once made, or offering the kind of clarity I wish I had when I was starting out.
Hey Xenia is built for thoughtful guidance, honest discussion, and practical support — for designers and founders who want to build with care, not simply rush something into the market.
Why I Can Help
My advice comes from hands-on experience.
For more than a decade, I have worked across the full product journey: design direction, material selection, sampling, factory communication, costing, production, launch planning, retail presentation, and customer feedback.
I have built my own accessories brand, worked closely with factories, managed production timelines, sold products online and in physical retail spaces, and learned how customers respond to products beyond the moodboard.
This allows me to look at a product from both sides:
how it is imagined, and how it actually needs to be made, priced, presented, and sold.
